The nearby Marjan Forest Park, often known as the green oasis, supplies the pure air in the neighbourhood. The park offers a range of activities such as a jogging route, bike rentals, promenades, viewing points, solariums, nature pathways, tennis, and tiny football fields.

The view from the summit of Marjan is breathtaking, including the old and new areas of Split as well as the islands of Šolta, Brač, Hvar, and Vis. It takes only a few minutes of enjoyable walking to reach Marjan from Marina Spinut, and 20 minutes to reach Split's historical core via the old area of Varoš. Just behind the marina, there is a beach with beautiful clean water. While you wait for your boat to be readied, you can relax in the sun or in the shade of the forest park.
